Is my data private and secure?

Yes. Your files are encrypted at rest, transferred over HTTPS, and accessible only to authorized roles. We apply rigorous logging and audit controls.

We enforce RBAC, least-privilege access, and per-tenant isolation. Uploads are virus-scanned, stored outside the web root, and versioned for auditability.

Does the AI replace a lawyer?

No. It augments lawyers and helps clients understand options. For formal legal advice, a qualified lawyer is required.

AI outputs are labeled and can be reviewed by a lawyer. Explanations are transparent and can cite source passages when available.

Which languages are supported?

English and Arabic across the app, chat, and documents. Switch using the toggle in the top navigation.

We’re adding more locales based on demand. Legal Arabic is tuned for MENA; English starts with a common-law focus.

How are lawyers verified?

Bar/registration numbers and IDs are collected and checked by our compliance team before accounts go live for client intake.

How do payments & subscriptions work?

Stripe/PayPal handle billing. Firms can receive payouts via Stripe Connect. Invoices and receipts are available in your dashboard.
